I am an award-winning creative, producer and writer based in London, UK.

Over the last twenty-plus years I’ve made many, many hours of comedy, entertainment, documentary and arts programming for television in the UK. From 2010 to 2019 I was the showrunner on Channel 4’s much-loved festive staple, The Big Fat Quiz of the Year. I’ve developed, pitched, piloted and made shows for the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, Paramount / Comedy Central, U & Dave, U & Gold, Red Bull TV and more.

Much of my recent work has focused on how to achieve social impact through entertainment and comedy. I oversaw the BAFTA-winning Joe Lycett vs David Beckham and the Broadcast Award-nominated Joe Lycett vs Sewage shows for Channel 4 from 2022-4. I am currently leading Laughing Matters, an initiative from the entertainment impact charity OKRE to help comedy creatives reflect climate issues in their work in fresh and funny ways. As part of this I’ve delivered workshops, consultancy and creative/editorial support to Sky, the BBC, Channel 4, BAFTA and more.

I’ve also produced podcasts, live comedy shows, branded content, stunts and live activations. In 2024 I launched the Wild Ambitions label to bring my experience developing formats, my eye for comedy and my track record generating fun, original ideas to new arenas and platforms.

As a writer, my work has appeared in The Fence and the British Comedy Guide, as well as BBC One’s Blankety Blank.

I am evangelical about the importance of local scenes and micro-communities. In 2023 I founded The Really Strange Record Club, a music social that meets bi-monthly at Dreamhouse Records in Leyton, London. I host a weekly show on Leyton radio station The Ditch and assist with operations there.

As a musician I’ve released two albums and several EPs, and have played live in London, New York, Tokyo and more.
